On a regular basis, Dasher serves insurance companies that enroll and re-enroll people who wish to purchase many varieties of insurance coverage. In addition to requesting prospective customers to provide information, our clients rely on Dasher to provide a wide variety of literature explaining the different aspects of insurance coverage available for purchase.
Dasher programs and produces up to 18 versions of approximately 7,000 personalized documents and application forms daily. These personalized documents and forms are then matched with a region-specific and product-specific enrollment package consisting of 8 or more inserts. Both Spanish and English versions are produced.
Our Dasher team quickly learns the nuances between available insurance coverage options and manages a large variety of documents. When last minute changes in documents are required, Dasher manages our clients’ different processes for approving documents and getting them printed -- in some cases, in a matter of hours.
Application Process Management
Our client is a professional testing company responsible for assisting state licensure agencies with awarding professional licenses. Since our client specializes in creating and administering tests, they utilize Dasher to complete the administrative process leading up to the administration of tests.
Dasher receives thousands of paper applications annually that arrive in post office box that Dasher established and monitors daily.
Our well-trained Dasher team reviews each application to determine if all required information is provided. The information is entered into a database developed by our client. When additional information is required, Dasher sends personalized correspondence that requests the information with a deadline set by our client.
When all required information is received and entered into the client’s database, Dasher stores the information in its secure facility and follows client-specific procedures for managing the information.
On behalf of our client, Dasher ships testing materials.
